Alison Cotton is coming to Barrow with her highly acclaimed new album 'Engelchen' - a soundscape about two Sunderland sisters who helped many Jewish families escape Nazi persecution.
Two of the most intuitive players and listeners working in music come to Full of Noises with their outstanding Swallowtail record.
Sylvia & I is the duo collaboration of Norwich-based trumpeter Chris Dowding and London-based violinist Sylvia Hallett. They create dreamy soundscapes made from overlapping loops and are heading to Barrow Park.
Join us at Full of Noises for workshop delivered by Sylvia & I (Chris Dowding and Sylvia Hallett). This workshop aims to explore an approach to working with looping pedals and some other simple pedal effects such as pitch-shifting, delay and sustain.
